Maison Retail Management International (MaisonRMI) connects luxury retail brands with premium customer experiences. Our multidisciplinary teams span product, engineering, operations, and client services across three continents.

Governance & Oversight
We operate a matrix governance model anchored on three councils:
- Compliance Council – Oversees policy lifecycle management, legal sign-off, and regulatory obligations.
- Customer Trust Council – Defines the service promise, brand protection measures, and escalation pathways.
- Platform Steering Committee – Prioritises technology investments and ensures platform reliability targets are met.
Each council meets monthly with published notes in Notion. Summaries and required actions are circulated via the #company-comms Slack channel within 48 hours.
Operating Framework
- Cadence: Quarterly OKR planning with mid-quarter reviews; cross-functional demos every Friday.
- Tooling: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, and Looker are considered systems of record unless otherwise stated.
- Risk Management: Enterprise risk register maintained by the COO with quarterly reporting to the board.
- Data Protection: Regional Data Protection Officers provide localised guidance supported by the IT Security & Operations Policy.
